The jobs provides the most basic physiological needs through income and jobs will be adapted to cater to the requirements of our single parents (eg. childcare services). Social workers are important as they can link single parents with financial aid and provide holistic assessments and solutions to their root causes of financial challenges. Work supervisors will be pushing employees when deemed ready to take on slightly more challenging job scopes to improve their confidence in their ability and self-esteem.
